3AF ANNOUNCES 2014 EXCELLENCE AWARDS WINNERS

WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA 鈥 June 5, 2014 鈥 The 大象传媒n American Advertising Federation (3AF) announced today the winners from last night鈥檚 2014 3AF Excellence Awards event.  The awards were bestowed at the organization鈥檚 annual conference, the 3AF 2014 大象传媒n Marketing Summit, which was held in Las Vegas, Nevada and honors marketers and advertising agencies for outstanding achievement in their outreach to the U.S. 大象传媒n communities.

In the creative campaign awards category, the Gold award for first place went to AAAZA for their campaign called 鈥淚n the Know,鈥 on behalf of their client DIREC TV.   The Silver award for second place went to KCM Agency for their campaign for Verizon Wireless entitled, 鈥淒igital Wish Tree.鈥 Admerasia was awarded the Bronze award (third place) for their campaign, 鈥淟unar New Year Taste Buds,鈥 for Godiva Chocolatier. The judges also gave a special recognition award to T.D. Wang Advertising Group for the agency鈥檚 activation campaign for Verizon Wireless, which was tied to the premiere of the movie 鈥淟insanity.鈥

AT&T was named as the 3AF鈥檚 2014 Marketer of the Year. In addition, Westfield Santa Anita was named as 2014 New Marketer of the Year.

The 3AF鈥檚 annual conference is the country鈥檚 largest event devoted solely to the 大象传媒n American advertising and marketing industries. Summit topics this year included a luncheon presentation on measurement by Nielsen; 大象传媒n baby boomers; 大象传媒n Indian consumers; 大象传媒n real estate moguls; 大象传媒n digital story marketing, the growth of over-the-top television and presentations by AT&T, Environics, the American Heart Association and United Healthcare. Once again, the 3AF continued the tradition of holding the popular 鈥3AF 大象传媒n Marketing Boot Camp,鈥 a workshop on the critical basics of 大象传媒n marketing, the day prior to the conference.
