Agency Sales Account Manager — Radio Korea (KMPC 1540 AM) | La Palma, CA
Radio Korea, Southern California’s leading Korean-language radio station, is seeking an experienced Agency Sales Account Manager to manage and maintain our portfolio of advertising agency and direct accounts in the greater Los Angeles market.

About the Role
This is a relationship management and account services role focused on maintaining and growing our existing client base, primarily advertising agencies with occasional direct accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for advertising agencies and direct clients, handling everything from IO intake through billing and collections. You will report directly to the VP and operate independently, with full ownership of the agency sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with LA-area advertising agencies and direct clients
• Read, interpret, and process Insertion Orders accurately
• Coordinate spot trafficking and ensure spots air per IO specifications
• Provide affidavits, airchecks, and performance reports to agency partners
• Fulfill digital reporting requests including website traffic and audience data
• Generate accurate invoices and manage collections per agency billing standards
• Coordinate on-air interview scheduling for agency and direct clients, ensuring no conflicts with local sales team programming
• Represent Radio Korea at client networking events and press events as needed
• Maintain and where possible grow existing revenue

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience in media sales or account management, preferably radio, TV, or digital
• Solid working knowledge of agency workflow — IOs, affidavits, billing, and trafficking
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency with digital reporting and basic web analytics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Korean language proficiency required

Compensation

• Base salary + commission, commensurate with experience
• $70,000+
